Jewelry Repair: Jim Graybeal, our in-house master goldsmith,
specializes in sizing bracelets, necklaces and rings for the ideal look
and feel. He is one of a handful of jewelers worldwide that is
extensively experienced in the sizing, creation, and adjusting of
adjustable ring shanks. He can also remount new gemstones and replace
diamonds. 
Watch Repair:
Joe Ollendick is our watch expert. He can help in sizing, watch repair,
new cells, crystals and clock batteries. He works closely with Glynn
West, a certified Rolex Watchmaker.
Glynn is an excellent watchmaker with over 50 years of experience. He
works on all fine timepieces, not just Rolexes, and can overhaul your
watch today. 
Custom Design Jewelry: Anything
you can image we can create. Jim Graybeal has years of experience
designing custom jewelry. Be it a ring re-mount, a new pendant, a
bracelet, earrings, a pin, or brooch, if it's jewelry we can design and
create it for you. 
Special Ordering:
If you have a special something in mind that you cannot find in our
store we can always order it for you. Many items we can get overnight.
If it's something that cannot be found anywhere, we can always create
it for you! 
Appraisal Service:
At Cranstoun Court Jewellers we can appraise all of your fine jewelry,
timepieces and giftware. We have two highly qualified appraisers.
First, we have Craig Lynch of, Ouellet and Lynch,
with more than 30 years of experience and one of the most sought after
appraisers in the US we are proud to have him work with us. Secondly
we have Geoff Woerner, our owner who is also a GIA certified jewelry
appraiser, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Both men
are excellent appraisers and will give you the assurance you need to
truly know the value of your jewelry.There is no need to worry about getting a large number of appraisals done for all your jewelry. You can bring in as much as you want and we'll give you a discount for every piece after the first that we appraise. You can also have all of your appraisals done the same day or while you wait.
Bead and Pearl Re-Stringing: If your pearls or beaded jewelry is worn or broken, or if you're just tired of the design we can re-string it for you. We have an expert Bead Re-stringer working for us who can make old strands new and old ideas into fresh beautiful works of art!
